Delivery Policies
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually sent out within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and always within 2 working days. All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance covering the value of the order. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the total weight and value of your order. To save on costs, we recommend placing all items in a single order – separate orders will incur separate shipping fees. Although items are sent at your own risk, we take extra care to package all products securely in a bubble wrap envelope.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are for guidance only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) or when shipping internationally.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order is late, please allow the following time before we can contact the courier:
UK: 10 days after the estimated delivery date
Europe: 20 days
International: 25 days
Courier investigations usually take 1 week for UK deliveries and 2–4 weeks for international ones. We will only declare an order lost if tracking shows no delivery after 14 days (UK) or 30 days (international), or the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
If the courier finds the parcel, we allow them up to 5 extra working days to deliver it. If confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement according to our Refund Policy.
Express Delivery
For urgent orders, leave a note on your order and choose express shipping if available. If not listed, contact us directly for options.
Postage Rates
UK:
– Standard (3–5 working days): £3 under £25; free on orders £25+
– Priority (2–3 working days): £6 under £25; £2 on orders £25+
International:
Prices vary by destination, weight, and order value. All services include tracking.
You may have to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees in your country – these are your responsibility.
Customer Responsibilities
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or delivery access issues, postage costs may be deducted from any refund.
Provide the correct delivery address and contact details when ordering.
Ensure the courier can deliver to your address and collect the parcel promptly from any pick-up point.
